Already known to regulars of the place, Jonathan and Adeline had previously worked at Sauconna as a Chef and Room Manager.
The strong identity of Sauconna and the charm of the place brought this couple of restaurateurs back to their roots when they had the opportunity to take over the establishment.
Sauconna offers traditional cuisine, home-made with fresh products of quality and season. On the menus, you will find many regional specialties such as fried bleaks, frogs or “pôchouse” ...
The property has 6 comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Each room has its own bathroom.
